Tower Hill Pageant

A popular London tourist attraction and a Museum of the Year winner

The attraction deals with the subject of London's waterfront archaeology. It contained two museum galleries with artefacts from the museum collections, including specially conserved sections of Roman and Saxon timber revetments, and sections of a Roman ship excavated from the Thames waterside. Providing a context for the archaeologists work, visitors were transported through a series of reconstructed scenes.
